Retuns
- We offer a 30 calendar day return guarantee for new products, and take care of the return costs (by our methods and only in Lithuania).
- In the case of a return, the goods must be new and their appearance must be unchanged, i.e. unworn, undamaged, unblemished, etc., in the complete set and in their original packaging.
- If you are using a post office service - the returned item MUST be additionally packed in the same parcel packaging as the one you received, or in another suitable packaging.
- Refunds for returned goods will be refunded to the same account from which the order was paid for within 3-5 working days of receipt of the goods back at our warehouse.
- The delivery charge, if any, is non-refundable.
RETURN IN LITHUANIA
- RETURN at SNYKS shop
Complete the return request in your account, if you have not created an account - fill in the return request as a guest buyer, you will find it in your order confirmation email by clicking on the 'REVIEW ORDER' button. Come to the SNYKS store, Kolektyvo st. 15, 08314 Vilnius, and return the product. SNYKS shop opening hours: I 11:00 - 18:00, II-V 11:00 - 20:00, VI 11:00 - 18:00, VII Closed.
- RETURNS via DPD parcel locker
Complete the return request online in your account, if you have not created an account - fill in the return request as a guest buyer, you will find it in your order confirmation email by clicking on the 'REVIEW ORDER' button. Receive a refund code by SMS or by email. After packing the returned goods, go to any DPD parcel locker and use the return code to easily return the parcel (if the sticker at the parcel locker does not print - contact DPD directly).
INTERNATIONAL RETURN

We don’t currently cover the cost of returns for our International Customers. Therefore, you can use your local postal service or a courier to send the item back to us. Complete the return request online in your account, if you have not created an account - fill in the return request as a guest buyer, you will find it in your order confirmation email by clicking on the 'REVIEW ORDER' button, choose the return method "SNYKS Shop" and send the parcel to:

- We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking information handy. Don't forget to inform us about Your return before hand via email. Return to the following address:
- If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', and ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
- SNYKS is not responsible for any return custom charges made.
