How delivery time is calculated
We pick and dispatch orders on the same or the next business day after payment is received. The times above are counted in business days from dispatch, not from when the order was placed. Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you receive a tracking number and link by email. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend the tracking details.
Parcel locker or courier
A parcel locker is the cheapest option and you can collect the parcel at any time within 3 days of the notification. A courier delivers to your address on business days; if you are not at home, the courier will call you to agree on another time or leave the parcel at the nearest terminal.
If the parcel is delayed or damaged
If the parcel has not arrived within the stated time, first check the tracking link — it usually shows the reason. If the status does not change for more than 2 business days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
If the packaging is damaged, note this on the courier's document when accepting the parcel, or photograph it at the locker and send us the photo the same day — this is the fastest way to resolve the situation.
