3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
3.1.The right to withdraw from the contract of sale.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason when buying as a consumer. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, placed the order in the online shop, but at least 14 days after the physical possession of the goods has been acquired or, if the order contained more than one item and they were delivered separately, at least 14 days after the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the last item.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete a return request by logging into his/her Account and submitting the return information in the "My Orders" section. If the Buyer has purchased the product without registering an Account, the Buyer must complete the return request and provide the return information by accessing his/her order via the link sent to the Buyer in the order confirmation email. If the Buyer decides to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and sends the goods to the Seller, the Seller shall accept the return of the goods (if the goods are in good order, complete and unworn) no later than within 5 working days from the moment the goods arrive in order in the warehouse of the online shop, or rejects (if the goods are not complete, obviously worn, soiled or otherwise undamaged) the return request and, if the return request is accepted, shall immediately initiate a refund of the money received for the item(s), excluding the cost of delivery. The crediting of the money to the Buyer's account depends on the Buyer's bank or method of payment and may take up to 5 working days. In the event of return of the goods in a manner other than as specified in Clause 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions, the direct costs of return shall be borne by the Buyer. Refunds shall be made by the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original payment transaction, with the funds being returned to the Buyer's account from which the goods were paid for. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in making a transfer for returned goods if the Buyer incorrectly provides the details required for the return. The Buyer shall immediately and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of submitting a request to the Seller to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods, send the goods back to the Seller or return them to the SNYKS store, at the following address - Kolektyvo st. 15 Vilnius.

If the removal of the label is necessary to inspect the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller and only after obtaining permission to remove the labels that interfere with the examination or inspection. The Seller has the right not to accept goods without labels if it can prove that this has not been agreed with the Seller and that this incurs additional costs (for the production, approval, affixing, etc. of a new label), or that the removal of such labels is not reversible and that the goods have lost their originality.
The Buyer shall not have the right to withdraw from the Contract, in accordance with the procedure set out in point 3.1 of the Regulations, and to return goods which have been unpacked after delivery/collection and which are unsuitable for return in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution on the Rules of Retail Trade, which provides for a list of non-returnable goods (for example, electrical equipment, toys, furniture, cosmetics, books, underwear, etc.). Goods on this list may only be returned if the seller agrees that they are of satisfactory quality.
